Miller Lash House Wedding

I first met Filomena and Moe right after they got engaged. Moe had contacted me to capture the big moment for his at the Scarborough Bluffs. We talked back and forth and planned for months before the big day. We had such a great time hanging out and capturing engagement photos afterwards. I was so happy when Filomena contacted me months later asking me to be their photographer for their Miller Lash House wedding. This is only the third wedding where I’ve been part of their proposal and wedding. I feel so amazing when proposal clients love their experience with me that I’m the first person they think of when looking for a wedding photographer. This was the first time I’d been at the Miller Lash House and I loved it.

It is a really well-rounded venue with a historic house, modern reception tent and natural surroundings. You get a little bit of everything. I particularly loved the rooms and big windows inside the house for getting ready photos and morning portraits. Also, the back patio which they used for their cocktail hour was looking so lush and beautiful in the summer. It was such a treat to be a part of this amazing couple’s wedding day. My heart was warm and fuzzy all day because they are so close to their families. Everyone was bubbling with love and emotions. Especially the family members that had travelled all the way from Italy to celebrate with them. I am so honoured and grateful to be a part of two life milestones for these two. I hope I’ll be part of the next big one! 🙂
