Toronto Elopement Photographer

I was thrilled to be considered as Alisa and Oren’s Toronto elopement photographer. The moment I chatted with them and discovered what they had planned I was awestruck. A beautiful intimate elopement to take place amongst a stunning floral display at the trendy Preto Loft by Mint Room Studios. They wanted elopement photos that were sexy, natural and modern. It was so fun to photograph just two people connecting authentically and committing to each other in a way that felt right for them. My favourites are the playful images we created of them dancing, drinking champagne and eating their wedding cake. These two met online and as wild as it sounds Oren says he knew from that first date that Alisa was the one. From that moment on they spent every waking moment together. It didn’t matter what they were doing as long as they were together.

Alisa joked that only two weeks into dating they were going grocery shopping together. You know you love someone when even doing the mundane is treasured. They have since gone on to buy a house together and have a beautiful son. Such an exciting time in their lives! I absolutely loved how artistic and creative with their photography we could go without being held to a traditional wedding timeline. They were so amazing to work with and I’m so proud of what we created together. After we finished their session they met with family and friends at their favourite restaurant for an intimate reception celebration. They then went away the following weekend on their honeymoon and Hawai’i. This was such an amazing experience I hope I am lucky enough to be trusted with many more intimate elopements in the future.
