Evergreen Brick Works Proposal Photos

For Nick and Julia Valentine’s Day will now forever be extra special. On a bitterly cold winter day, Nick took her up to the lookout overlooking the Toronto skyline at Evergreen Bricks Works and got down on one knee. Julia was so happy and completely surprised. She could not believe what had just happened and kept staring on the beautiful ring which would now sit on her hand forever. We had so much fun afterward creating their engagement photos. They are such troopers because it was literally so cold. Thankfully we could run back into the Evergreen Brick Works main building to warm up. Julia took the opportunity to photograph her hand and send the exciting news out to her friends and family. After creating so many amazing photos they headed off to celebrate at their favourite restaurant.

The couple met at Toronto’s Gay Pride Parade through a mutual friend they were both set to hang out with. Julia was instantly drawn to his piercing blue eyes and Nick to her fun, high energy. They found unconditional, life long love on a weekend in which they had come together to celebrate all forms of love. So romantic! Two years later they bought their first home. Nick couldn’t wait to make things even more official and proposed just a month after they moved into their home. So much excitement and happiness are now overflowing in their lives. Not to mention that they were also flying out to Florida the following day to chill in the sun. I am so grateful that I got to be a part of their moment and capture it for them! All the best to Nick + Julia!
