Casa Loma Proposal Photos
I find it captivating to reminisce about first dates with engaged couples. There’s nerves and awkwardness but still an instant spark. You’re complete strangers with no idea where this new connection will take you. Did you ever imagine that you had just spent the first of many, many moments with the love of your life? Of all the places and all the people, you were there, with them. It’s even more magical to be born on different continents and find each other in a new country. Jey grew up in Canada but decided to move to San Francisco to seek exciting new opportunities. Chilean born Angeles filled with that same ambition also made the move. Using a technology that makes the world seem small, they met. From that day on they would be fixtures in each other’s lives. Traveling the world, buying their first home and many more adventures.
On a trip home to visit his family with Angeles, Jey decided it was time to propose. He chose the amazing Casa Loma, a symbol of prosperity, aspiration, and romance. All the things they want the life they share to embody. Angeles was completely surprised and filled with joy.

I feel so lucky to have been invited to capture such a big moment in this couple’s lives. Jey pulled out the stops for his soon to be wife. As a photographer, I absolutely loved spending a couple of hours creating romantic engagement photos in the unbelievably beautiful Casa Loma. If you’re thinking about proposing at this awesome landmark it’s well worth it!
