Casual Engagement Photos with Pizza

When Chelsey moved across the country she wanted to focus solely on doing well in school. Even so, she added Tindr to her phone for a cheeky little peek at the local boys. She and Carter matched right away so after some back and forth she got his number before deleting the app. For their first date, they planned to watch a movie together the following week. However, the conversation flowed so easily hour after hour they never got to it. Within that first week, she knew they were inseparable and that she had found her life partner.  It’s wild how life brings us together and how the littlest things can change so much. They love listening to music, traveling the world, and cooking together.

When Carter proposed he truly caught Chelsey completely by surprise. He said they should go for a walk before grocery shopping as “something to do because covid”. They were literally in their sweatpants as he got on one knee at the park they used to frequent at the beginning of their relationship. Still having the moment planned Carter enlisted a friend to take photos of the big moment. Of course, Chelsey said yes with a huge smile. For this couple’s session, we created casual engagement photos of them at home. They love hanging out eating pizza, cuddling, and watching action movies. So we did that minus the movies. You could say we just talked the whole time instead. 😉 I had such an amazing time creating these photos with this playful couple in their natural habitat while staying out of the cold winter weather.
