Tiffany Falls Surprise Proposal

I was so excited when Matt contacted me about his Tiffany Falls surprise proposal plans. I’ve been to a couple of Hamilton’s famous waterfalls and I knew they would lend to an amazing backdrop. On top of that, it was February and thankfully there was lots of snow to add that extra sparkle. The falls also have a special place in Holly + Matt’s heart. They love to cruise around on the motorcycle and this is one of their favourite destinations. When the two found themselves at this location after 6 years together Holly felt something was different. Matt was acting a little nervous… Suddenly, in the middle of the trail, he dropped to his knee and popped the question. Holly knew this moment would come but that didn’t make it any less special. She cried tears of happiness throughout the rest of the photoshoot. She said she couldn’t wait to get home so she could tell her dog, Lucky, that their pawrents were getting married!

Then a cliff draws near + you ask me to dive. Without hesitation, I take your hand. Momentarily we’re like a waterfall bursting + intense. Above all, elated. Many droplets cascade down my cheeks as I wish to freeze this instant. I could bathe in it forever. For now, I immerse myself in the present. I admire our surroundings including the frozen icicles overhead. As beautiful + glistening as the jewel you placed upon my hand.
