Scotsdale Farm Engagement Photos
I first met Amanda when she was a bridesmaid at her friend Madison’s wedding which I photographed. I distinctly remember her funny nature and constant giggling. Later in the night I photographed her and her fiance Dave busting out their best moves on the dance floor. I was so excited when almost a year later I received an email from them asking about wedding photography. Shortly after they booked me for their wedding we set up their engagement session. All my wedding collections come with a complimentary session because I find it so crucial to get comfy with each other before the wedding day. Comfortability really transforms good photos into amazing ones. Anyway, they chose to create Scotsdale Farm engagement photos.

I had only been to the location once before for a winter engagement session. I have to say that this location is even more stunning in the fall. My heart flutters for the open fields, tall grass and lovely farm buildings. This place really has it all.
Dave and Amanda met online 6 years ago. They instantly connected over their love of dogs and similar tastes in music. They now love spending time together having game nights with friends, binge watching shows, and going hiking with their dogs. On Christmas Eve Dave hid a ring at the top of their Christmas tree. He had a box of little notes of things he loved about her and their relationship. The ring was hidden just slightly out of Amanda’s reach, so he went to get it for her and quickly there after got on one knee. Documenting this part of their life together was such a blast and I am so happy with the images that we created together.
