Archeo Wedding Photos | Distillery District Wedding
Nicole and Brian met online and after some chatting decided to meet up for drinks. They bonded over their love of the TV show Mad Men and mixed drinks. Nicole thought it was pretty awesome that Brian also worked in advertising, just like the characters in the show. Even though the first date went well and they shared a kiss Nicole wasn’t so sure that they were right for each other. Brian managed to convince Nicole to go on just one more date and than one more and one more until they were an item. A couple of years later they decided to take the next step and buy a house together in Toronto. Another couple of years after that, on Christmas morning, Brian got down on one knee.
After getting engaged they started planning a wedding that would be intimate, have great food and drinks and be about having a good time. They fell in love with Archeo for their wedding venue for it’s modern and industrial feel. It didn’t hurt that it was in the Distillery District which is an incredible location for wedding photography.

During N & B’s tiny ceremony with their closest friends and family members, Nicole got a little bit confused and accidentally said “I don’t” instead of “I do”. Laughs burst from Brian as he realized what happened. What a great moment I’m sure will always keep their day in everyone’s mind. To make the ceremony that much more true to them instead of combining sand in a bottle or planting a tree they mixed a drink together to seal the deal. It was a small outdoor ceremony and more guests arrived later for the reception. We were able to capture lovely distillery district wedding photos because of this. We photographed their engagement photos at Riverdale Park East in Toronto. Brian kept Nicole smiling the whole time as she was feeling nervous about the photos.
Thanks so much, guys! I’m wishing you both a lifetime of happiness.
