Thompson Landry Gallery Wedding Photos

Agustina and Matt met at a bar in 2012 when they were both attending a mutual friend’s birthday party. A year later Matt traveled with Agustina to Buenos Aires Argentina to visit her family. It was then that Agustina knew he was the one. She watched him fit right in so seamlessly with her huge, outgoing family. Five years later, on Labour Day weekend Matt had everything in place to pop the question. He knew that Agustina would want something quiet and private. So he used one of her habits to his advantage. Many times a week Aggie would call Matt out to the back patio to take in the sunset. This particular night the sunset was not beautiful but it was an excuse to get her in position. Agustina came outside to see with a bottle of nail polish remover in hand. She promptly told him that it wasn’t a worthwhile sunset. Matt then explained why they were outside. I think it’s safe to say that she didn’t even slightly see the surprise coming!

Agustina and Matt’s Thompson Landry Gallery wedding in the Distillery District started off with the two of them getting ready at One Bedford condos. From there we walked over to the University of Toronto’s Philosopher’s Walk to capture their family and wedding photos. What a beautiful spot. I loved the combo of nature and historic buildings. This casual wedding day then proceeded to the Distillery District. The couple was hosting both their wedding ceremony and reception at the Thompson Landry Gallery. They wanted most of their day to be intimate and relaxed including their closest family and friends at the ceremony. Later in the night the rest of their friends were invited to dance the night away.
