South Pond Farms
To get to South Pond Farms from Toronto you take the bustling 401 to the 115. Then you exit and begin to take a series of turns down quiet farm roads. South Pond Farms truly is an out of the way Kawartha Lakes wedding venue that offers the peaceful and beautiful views of the northern countryside. This wedding venue is really great for the country, rustic loving bride who has a love for the outdoors.
After several years of hard work Danielle, owner of South Pond Farms restored her century barn. This wedding venue is constantly evolving and offering new services. South Pond Farms is an amazing Kawartha Lakes outdoor wedding venue that also offers their century barn for ceremonies. Also, the farm practices farm to table food practices which will make you and your nature loving guests feel that much better.
Pontypool Wedding Venue
The century barn is decorated for the modern bride with rustic touches everywhere. I love how they have mismatched wooden chairs and chandeliers. However, the silo is my absolute favourite spot. It is made of a gorgeous red ceramic and inside has a bar of barrels and wooden stools. In addition, there is no need to stay inside on your big day as the century barn is surrounded by outdoor bars and seating so you can take in the lovely summer night with your guests.
Therefore, South Pond Farms is really a perfect one stop wedding day venue. They have a bride suite that you can get ready in with your girls, ceremony locations, lots of photo spots and of course your reception location. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this fantastic Pontypool wedding venue.
